Received an email saying the delivery slot would be between 2pm and 4pm Friday. Stayed in all day , then received another email at 6pm saying the driver had attempted delivery. Now since I was in and my CCTV shows no one entering my drive after the postman at 10.30 , I can only assume ' attempted delivery ' meant he put the parcel on the van and just ran out of time before he could deliver. Fair enough I know traffic in town is a nightmare and your drivers have a life outside work. So just say that and say delivery will be first thing tomorrow etc. Not try and pass it off in semantics and expect me to phone you. But judging by your customer satisfaction results at 9% which is some going to be well below both Herpes and Yokel , you're just another fly by night courier bullying your 0 hr contract sub contractors and hiding behind a non answered customer service phone line and flashy website.
