Personally I do not think this company worth 1 star!! Useless delivery service, that still have NOT delivered my parcel. They gave me one slot where I had to take the afternoon off work, then another when I stayed in all afternoon when I was due to go out so changed my plans for the order. No update, no contact. No chair. Tried ringing ZPD and was on the line over 20 minutes before giving up. Wondering if anyone gets through. Useless tracking system as good as a chocolate tea pot. Wayfair need to stop using this pathetic excuse for a delivery company. It’s put me off ordering from them again and this is my first order.
