As with many others my order was shown as for delivery and didn't show up. A second day was scheduled and.....it didn't show up.
Tracking number was a nonsense and didn't change at all after 7.15 am all day long.
I emailed XDP asking if the package would be delivered and received no reply.
Contacted the supplier who were helpful and told us there had been a problem with an import consignment. I mailed them complaining about no communication and no reply from XDP and received a third delivery date. Magically I also received a reply from XDP confirming the newest delivery date.
Fingers and toes firmly crossed.
Problems can occur and I understand that. What is unforgivable is to just let me sit here all day waiting when a call or a mail or a text to let me know would have solved my frustration.
I too will not be using any supplier who use XDP in future. Life is too short and I am too old to be treated like that.
