Dear Sir/madam,
I received a text message saying the bed would be delivered on Friday of last week, between 1-4. My husband had to cancel plans to wait for the delivery. It did not turn up by 3:30, I rang the helpline, and they said to call back again at 4, which I did, but no one seemed to be there. I then tried again a bit later, it was engaged, indicating someone was there, yet when I rang less than a minute later, no answer again.
I consider it poor customer service that we have received no updated ETA, nor can we contact anyone about this.
I then come home Monday to find a note saying they tried to deliver it, but we were not in. I received no message that they were delivering today. Again, ringing the helpline, it's engaged and then no one picks up. It is not acceptable, and I intend to take this further. I now have to go through the seller, as the delivery company won't answer emails or phone.
