Waiting for a delivery on 18th no show tracking is rubbish cant contact anyone emails you get are automated app says not collected ?so what's the point the company I purchased from said it was delivered on 11th may was in all day no delivery note through door so absolute rubbish it's a garden furniture set so would of seen the van said it's been left with a neighbour really I know its awkward times but if you've got Van's in operation there should be an open phone line for customers how do your van drivers contact you ? Absolute shambles will never get an item with this delivery service on again waiting for a reply of where I bought it from and yes they answer the phone
