I was expecting a delivery that consisted of 4 boxes. I can see tufting their tracking app that they received all 4 together from the supplier but then decided to split the consignment. 3 boxes were delivered yesterday. The delivery driver said that this is something of a regular occurrence and he might be out later this week with the remaining box. My product is unusable without the final part. They don’t answer calls and I have had to go back to the supplier to chase this up. Honestly, I would not have used that supplier if i had know XDP would be involved in any way shape of form. Shoddy from start to finish.
