I have recently successfully completed an IVA. Looking to try and rebuild my credit score a well known site recommended Zopa. Well what a mistake. Was assures of 100% approval. What rubbish. Application made sent off details etc. Sent off extra info needed in the form of a photo of my driving licence using their upload app on my mobile, what a useless app!!. Further comms received information not readable? Resent using a scanned copy high quality > 300dpi Well application on hold as details do not match records. Several calls made their robot doorkeeper is comparable to a doctor's receptionist!! Well they were insistent upon using my old address, despite requesting that they use my current address, updated it when using their webpage, whilst they acknowledged the change then no comms for over three weeks still waiting.
