I think it must just be personal taste at this point. I just haven't been crazy about hardly any of the items of the past year. I've been hanging on, in hopes that they would get better, but for me, they haven't. I do still enjoy the staff shirts and occasionally another item or two from the box each month, but it's getting harder and harder to justify paying over $50 each month for paper/plastic, sometimes quite small, items. I'm hoping the new direction of the box will be just the shift needed to feel as though we are getting our money's worth. Would love to see more replicas or subtle nods to the series. Definitely would like higher quality items with materials such as glass, metal, even resin would be good. Maybe find an alternative for the shirts, possibly different wareables. I don't know...all I know is that I'm putting a lot of faith in this new direction. If it's no better, then it might just be time to cancel.
