“I do love every box and items I have received. The only real issue I have at the moment, is the communication. I have not received an email about my March box being sent, or an email that lets me know that the box will be late shipping. I used to get those communications regularly.
I also have received 2 emails saying welcome, congratulations on my first order....I have been ordering from you since it was called Accio. That was quite some time in the past.
I do truly love the items I receive. They have been nicely curated. Thank you for the care you show when choosing items.
One suggestion, we haven't gotten anything related to our houses in a long time. That would be something good to see again.”
“While I absolutely love the quarterly box and quarterly pin box, there are some months where shipping and delivery are delayed with no communication. I had to reach out to customer service. If there is a delay in shipping that will cause the box to be delayed to the NEXT month, a notification should be sent out explaining it. When you charge for the box 2 months before and then a box is a February box and it’s not shipped until March, it’s no longer a “February” box. There are understandable circumstances but this needs to be communicated to your customers so they are not left wondering. I’m still waiting for my February quarterly pin box. According to customer service the first batch is starting to ship today 3/6, and the rest next week. This is almost up against the regular quarterly box. Is that going to ship late too? Do better, please.”

“My first order was the July quarterly box. I was so excited. My shipment got lost in transit (not sure if it's was company error or USPS error). I emailed Magic Delivered/Accio and recieved prompt, courteous service from Customer Service Witch, Clara. My replacement box arrived today and I love it! Tshirts are super soft, items are of good quality, and I'm looking forward to the September box. I'll be sporting the shirts and umbrella at HP World in Universal soon.”

“I love accio, and have enjoyed my packed more these last two boxes. The items I’ve received have been more varied and interesting then in some in other months. I’m interested to see whats coming in future boxes. Book nooks? Pocket watches? Slippers? More edible things? I’d be pleased with tea.
I took off a star for the shipping. Shipping has been /awful/. I never know when something is actually going to ship after arrive. I still havent received something I ordered some three months ago. It took for ever for things I ordered off the shop section to ship, never mind arrive. It took months. And the subscription boxes never ship or arrive when they’re meant to do so. I dont think mine June box even arrived in June. And I know its because some of the items have issues arriving, but its frustrating. If it were once or twice it’d be understandable but at this point it’s almost regular. The shipping issues alone have almost made me considered cancelling, considering the cost of the subscription combined with shipping. Only the quality of products convinced me to stay. Something needs to be figured out about your shipping issues, or else better compensation and/or more transparency needs to be involved because as is its extremely frustrqting.”
“I've bought a few different boxes and each one is amazing! They contain items you can't get anywhere else and are unique but still fall into the magical world of HP.
Also, if there's ever an issue, they are super quick to respond and fix the issue! Couldn't ask for better for customer service!”
