While I absolutely love the quarterly box and quarterly pin box, there are some months where shipping and delivery are delayed with no communication. I had to reach out to customer service. If there is a delay in shipping that will cause the box to be delayed to the NEXT month, a notification should be sent out explaining it. When you charge for the box 2 months before and then a box is a February box and it’s not shipped until March, it’s no longer a “February” box. There are understandable circumstances but this needs to be communicated to your customers so they are not left wondering. I’m still waiting for my February quarterly pin box. According to customer service the first batch is starting to ship today 3/6, and the rest next week. This is almost up against the regular quarterly box. Is that going to ship late too? Do better, please.
