I have bought two electric ukuleles from Ackerman and I have been delighted with both. Whilst they may not be one of the cheapest, they are certainly one of the best. I have used other retailers with cheaper prices only to find that they don’t actually have stock. With Ackerman, if they say they have stock they do actually have stock. Packing of my ukuleles was excellent. Actually the packaging was more than needed to get the ukes to me in good condition. I also noticed that an inspection and test had been carried out prior to dispatch. Delivery was next day via a reliable carrier and I was kept informed with tracking information. A one hour delivery spot was advised which is very useful. All in all a first class service from order to delivery. The ukuleles were excellent and despite seeing them advertised a little cheaper elsewhere I believe that, from my experience, the service I received meant that I got an excellent deal.
