The customer service people are totally helpless! Can't cancel an order that was just placed. After order arrives and is poor quality, the person answering the phone can't put me through to a customer service rep, can't guarantee they'll call back within 3 hours (I'm leaving for work) and CAN'T ACCEPT A RETURN! They don't actually offer refunds. I will block them from my email, and throw their mailings in the recycle as I walk back into the house! JUNK! Please, if they're selling something you think you want, Find It Elsewhere!!!
