I have an order pending with Acorn Catalog. I have tried to find out the status of the order but all they can say it was shipped on Nov 16th. They have sent it initially by Fed-x but will transfer to USPS for delivery. This scares me because in my area instead of delivering to the porch they either put it in the mail box, if it fits or leave it on the ground near the mail box. Not good in my neighborhood since I live on a busy street and stealing packages is a sport. I had no idea until I made the order that Fed-X would not be the one delivering the package. I will never order from Acorn again. They have the worst customer service! They don't use email confirmation with tracking like other catalog companies. I asked them for a delivery status and they have no idea first it was 5 days then it was 7 days. This does not help me watch for the package to avoid someone taking it.
