I purchased item it was faulty i called adexa they advised me to get qualified engineer report.
instead I called my bank and raised CHARGE BACK ,I got my full money back in 10 minutes.
my advise if you have issue with adexa JUST CALL YOUR BANK AND REQUEST CHARGE BACK
