The worst customer service ever!
I ordered goods on the 3rd April totalling over £1000. It took 12 to 15 days for them to arrive over a number of days.
One item I received was broken so I tried phoning quite literally over 15 times before anyone picked up. It was agreed that it would be picked up by a courier on the following Tuesday.
I waited in all day tuesday but nobody came. I emailed saying I would like to make a complaint and that no courier had come. I did receive an email back after 20 minutes stating they would come the next day which they did... no apology... no addressing my complaint. So I sent a follow up email a out the complaint but got no response.
I tried phoning again (over 35 calls this time!!)
I was greeted by the most argumentative, rude and dismissive agent I have ever spoken to (Joe). He spoke over me, argued with me, blamed me for anything he could before saying someone else would call me and then just hing up on me.
Im sure if products arrive fine then the company is ok to deal with... but be warned if there is something wrong with your order you will have a near impossible task of getting it sorted. And please expect to be spoken to like a complete idiot too.
20 days later and I am still without some of the products I ordered. I will never use them again.
