Bought a oven in July 2021, on next day delivery.
Item took 11 days to arrive, left outside and damaged box and damaged item inside.
DHL don't even know how they got the item, other than it arrived on a pallet left with them.
We have made overeight hundred phone calls (over the week) to Adexa Direct to no avail, as no one at the company answers the phone.
They also do not reply to emails.
It is impossible to get hold of any one at this company. We also been told by DHL that they are having issues with this company and also unable to get hold of them too.
We recommend not ordering anything from this company, how they are still in business. Also Catering Insight May 2021 has a acticle about them which states they are an insult to the industry.
We now going down the legal route to recover our money paid for the item.
We also note after checking out Adexa Direct, plenty of others have already gained CCJ's on Adexa Direct for refunds of items not recieved.
