This company is scam.
I ordered two workshop benches in my kitchen. They haven't delivered the good 10 days after I ordered. I emailed them three times, they kept saying, tracking good, will deliver. I fed up with waiting so I call them to refund. A lady said that it will charge me carriage £24. It was last Friday then refund money came today only £231. I paid over £380 including vat. How could it possible?
Please tell me anyone? This company even understands what is consumers right 2015 act.
