DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
If you're not able to check and tell the company within 24 hours of delivery that an item is damaged DO NOT BUY! Our item came in a box which was not damaged and upon opening it, the packaging was all intact however the lid to the ice maker was cracked in two places. Having reported the damaged item to Customer Services 2 working days later, they said because we had not reported within 24 hours we could not return the item and were not eligible for a refund.
They offered me a coupon though - why would I want to buy anything else from them when this is how they deal with their customers?!
