I received a very damaged commercial fridge (top crushed by the control unit) which cost £1738, I was offered a £90 discount or £120 voucher.
Adexa refused to exchange or refund because their terms and conditions say you are not allowed to accept the item from the driver if the item is damaged. The problem with this is it is strapped down on a pallet and covered in cardboard, you have to have it off of the truck and then remove all of the packaging to see the items which took much longer than the delivery driver was willing to hang around for.
I was told the complaints procedure was under contact us - of course it wasn't!
Do not shop with these people they have every excuse under the sun not to provide any after sales or customer service and refuse to take any responsibility for their damaged goods. I have now lost £1700+.
