Freezer was delivered damaged.
The delivery was not accepted and returned on the same day.
A ‘very helpful’ Customer Services refused to send a replacement or refund my payment.
Instead she eventually offered a redelivery of damaged (!) freezer for £120!
Or refund cancel with full fees of £144, £120 and 25%.
I am currently building court case against Adexa. If anyone here had similar experience and would like to help please contact me on egetleyatgetleyuk.co.uk
