Ordered an urgent item marked on website as 2-3 days delivery and paid extra for fast delivery. Did not come. No info from Adexa. When I queried they said that probably their website had not updated in time when someone else ordered and now a week to wait. Asked to cancel and they tried to hit us with 5% charge. Never addressed the issue properly in emails - rude customer service. We will get a chargeback on the card, but a hassle - do not use them is my advice
