avoid!!!
purchased a potato peeler machine, after getting the machine installed by a qualified technician the machine did not turn on with the start button however it did work with the out button.
after contacting adexa they said i needed to send a video of the issue, fair enough! after that they then needed an installation report in order to make sure that the problem was there from when it was installed.
after that they then wanted me to get the engineer to come around, again, (out of my own pocket) to see if they would be able to find what the issue is and to give a quote so that adexa would "consider to cover the cost of."
the engineer tested the machine and the different components but was not able to identify precisely where the fault was coming from or what was causing it.
again after reaching out to adexa they have now said that i would need to find an alternative engineer to be able to assess the fault (again out of my own pocket as adexa dont cover costs for call outs except for parts) or other wise send the item back where i would have to pay for postage plus a 25% restocking fee even though the item was originally defective!!!
i would avoid adexa under all costs even though it is cheaper, the customer service is non existent and besides for putting you on hold every 2 minutes and repeating the exact same thing no matter what the answer is they dont do anything else
