Their website looked great and the products were at a reasonable price. I purchased a triple glass fronted fridge for my home bar. It was delivered on time but we weren't quite ready to put it in place so it was stored in the garage for 10 days. We moved it to the bar and unpacked it and then noticed one of the front corners was damaged. There iOS no way we could have damaged it in moving it into the bar.
I contacted Adexa and they were unbelievably bad. Customer service representative Courtney basically accused me of lying about when it got damaged. She said their policy is that any damage has to be reported within 24 hours but that wasn't written down on any paperwork they sent me.
I sent her photographs of the damage and got a very curt letter back saying 'as this was not reported within a 24 hour time frame or checked and refused on delivery we are unable to raise a claim. We can not also ascertain when the damage occurred.'
Very frustrating. Wish I had looked at this site and these reviews before spending my money with them again.
