Please do not order with Adexa Direct. Their customer service representatives are painful to deal with and Adexa regularly deliver incorrect or incomplete orders. In relation to incorrect orders, Adexa refuse to refund or send the correct order out until they have collected the incorrect order and "placed it through their system". We have been advised this can take more than 14 days. 14 days where Adexa are in receipt of over £1k of our money. Adexa will add additional requirements to returns - such as requiring the order to be returned on a pallet - otherwise, they will refuse to collect it. Yes - Adexa will refuse to collect an incorrectly delivered order if you do not have a pallet to return the order on. Talking to their customer services team is painful and they like to hang up when they can't answer queries - which is often.
