What a discraceful company! I ordered an undercounter tripple fridge. This arrived completely wrecked. Broken glass and doors hanging off. I was told that their terms and conditions state that I must inspect the product before signing for it which was impossible as my joiner accepted the delivery. I reported the iissue within an hour of delivery but there was no apology whatsoever and just a repeated "please read our terms and conditions". They have refused to replace the item and want to charge nearly £500 to collect the broken item. The customer service is pointless. 2 hours to get through and they don't respond to emails at all! I am out of pocket over £600 and have a pallet of scrap metal in my back garden. An absolute discrace! AVOID
