Spent a small fortune with Adexa opening our coffee shop.
10 weeks after opening the 2k multi deck fridge was leaking everywhere and now has stopped working completely.
reporting this was told to get a engineer (at our own cost) send them the report with photos and they might post the parts out for the engineer to fit (again at our own cost) !!
when i asked about our consumer rights there exact reply was
"Please be advised you have registered as a business so the consumer rights do not apply in this situation."
what a great way to look after your customers !!
so we will just suck it up and find a company who will resolve issues
Avoid at all costs....... or will cost you money
