Their policies are even worse, damage must be reported within 24 hours which not practical, If you want to return you will need to pay return carriage plus 25% restocking. So on order of £1000, you lose £250 plus any carriage. Pathetic company. I don't know how they are operating. If you want peace of mind, stay away from these scammers
