Horrendous company, delivered a low quality "not fit for purpose" piece of equipment, wants "video evidence" that their product is rubbish and won't even hear anything otherwise, just closed the chat down. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, stay away, buy Amazon or another reputable company, not from these scammers.
