We too have fallen into the Adexa trap :((((
Faulty chest freezer, hasn't worked since delivery and Adexa making it as difficult as possible to return it in order for a refund.
Look at these reviews and everywhere else. Someone has even set up a dedicated page on FB about how shocking they are!!!!!! 100 and 1000s of poor reviews.
