POSSIBLY THE WORST COMPANY i HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.
Do not buy from them..!! They may appear good value, but be warned, the quality of the items is shocking, plus when you complain it is simply ignored, then when you wait for responses promised they are ignored. Over £1100 spent on a catering appliance, that failed after being used twice. door broken, falling apart, plastic screen instead of glass and cracked, seals falling off. I was asked to obtain a specialist engineers report and photos, to then be told 'from the evidence i have supplied, they are satisfied i have deliberately damaged the item, therefore voided the warranty and so end of any further discussion'. So I paid for a survey, to simply demonstrate the extent of defects, as I am not supposedly qualified to tell them, then told that is evidence to help them not repair or refund something that cannot be used after just 2 uses.
I now need to purchase another - obviously a reputable company and replace. Customer services are as bad as the products - KEEP WELL CLEAR.
