The WORST customer experience I have ever received.
After using Adexa as a loyal customer having no issues with them for the past few years I placed a next day delivery order on 15th October for 9 tables and 9 table bases.
The tables did not arrive next day and after ringing the help desk and staying on hold for over an hour I was told the tables would be with me the following day.
The following day came and the tables did not arrive. I spent another hour on hold waiting for Adexa to pick up the phone and was told that the table tops would be here for friday and the bases would be another week. They said that was OK. I told them a table top is no good without a table base and I was told not to be rude to them!!!
I was then promised 50% discount which has never surfaced.
Half of the order arrived with parts missing, table tops and table bases missing.
I rang again, another hour on hold and was promised someone would get back to me. They did not.
I then rang back again today and was told they hadn't even placed a re order for the missing parts. This is 10 days on.
I have asked several times to speak to a manager and was told it is not company policy for managers to speak to customers and that this policy has worked well for their successful 5 year old business.
The level of customer service has been nothing short of SHOCKING. This company steal your money (which has been mentioned in many reviews on this page) and Highly advise against using them. They do not care about their customer at all.
