Sevice is basically non-existent and their policies are laughable.
I have spent the last week emailing, calling (on hold for over an hour), using their live chat and sending images on their request with zero response or answer.
They incorrectly sent me the same piece of an incomplete order. They will not fulfil the order that I've already paid for and they incorrectly sent until: I send images of the incorrect order, they send a return label, item is collected, checked into their warehouse. Each step taking 24hr - 72hr, turning my next day delivery into an almost month long process off the back of a mistake on their part, not mine.
Mistakes happen, that's normal, it's how you handle them that's important. And Adexa, you fail miserably!
