I was a little wary after reading other negative reviews... Should have paid more attention!
Had a fridge delivered. It's DOA - doesn't get cool. Chased and chased via email, live chat - they just don't respond. Tried to call - you are permanently at "position 10 in the queue", it never goes down.
How on earth can a company exist like this in 2024, what a joke.
I'll end up going throguh card company to get a refund, what a waste of everyone's time.
