1 star too many for a company like this. Unfortunately I had to find out the difficult way how.
Firstly ordered a product that came damaged, talked to customer service who then said that they need to investigate. I sent pictures and a video as a proof apparently not good enough.
Then when looking into options found a better product online and said I need to return this one as I found the better one, they said they can get it back as they need to finish investigation.
Then asked to speak to supervisor which answer was they may or may not call back later.
