Our company bought a chiller top unit which arrived badly damaged, we sent it back at our own cost and are still waiting for the refund, there is absolutely no communication at all, no-one answers the phone and emails are completely ignored.
I wish I had paid extra and shopped elsewhere.
How is this company allowed to trade is beyond me.
I never write reviews, but honestly, AVOID using this company it's a disgrace.
