Ordered a dough roller for a contract, 2 days later contract gets cancelled by the CoronaVirus outbreak. When I try to re-send the item am told the 25% restocking fee is upheld regardless of the situation. So know I have 2 options, keep the item and try to sell myself once outbreak finishes or return and face a £128 re-stocking fee. As a self-employee person that money is needed to care for my family as wont be working for the foreseeable future.
Naturally Adexa staff (Eleanor) do not care at all and are clearly not willing to help out small businesses or even any businesses at this time.
They also clearly don’t understand that there is a European consumer directive that allows for a full refund of all goods within 14 days.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
