Long story short they have just emailed me after not hearing anything for 3 months to say their 'legal team' will be able to provide evidence we entered a contract should I take my complaint further. All I was asking for was for them to cover the cost of returning an extremely damaged item I recieved. They feel its only fair that I pay for the delivery plus £125 in admin costs.
If your looking for damaged goods and incompetent customer service representatives then you've found the perfect company
