Case no AIN05261186 I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with Adidas.com. I ordered a shirt priced at £59, expecting the quality service and timely delivery that Adidas is known for. However, not only did my order fail to arrive, but the customer service response was utterly disappointing. Despite multiple attempts to contact Adidas for a resolution, I was met with a lack of empathy and no willingness to refund the money I paid for a product I never received. This experience has significantly diminished my trust in Adidas.com, and I am left feeling disregarded as a customer. The lack of accountability and customer support in resolving such a straightforward issue is unacceptable for a brand of Adidas’s stature. I expected much better and am left with no choice but to advise others to be wary of ordering from Adidas.com if this is the standard of service to be expected.
