“I ordered 5 pairs of shoes on 8/15/24. Received 1 pair and Adidas told me they shipped all 5 pairs. After a few phone conversations, Adidas admitted they did not send the 4 other pair due to being out of stock and would refund me. Adidas issued a return ticket for the one pair I received and would refund me for the 5 pairs. A month goes by and nothing. Called Adidas on 10/4/24 and they stated they tried to issue a refund but my bank would not accept the refund(that;s a new one), and they would investigate, could take up to 14 days. Called Adidas again on 10/25/24 and they stated that the investagtion was not submitted on 10/4/24 and would resubmitt to invesitgate, could take up to 14 days. Called Adidas on 11/12/24, they stated it has not be 14 days since I called and to call back in 2 days. In my opinion, Adidas is commiting fraud.”
