I bought a pair of sneakers and two packs of socks on the black friday. Only the sneakers arrived. The next day I contacted them via mail and they sent me a ticket saying they would reply briefly. All of this happened the 10th of december and they still haven't replied and resolved my claim. All of this even though I also contacted them via WhatsApp on two occasions and they haven't given a satisfactory answer.
