Tried ordering some joggers on 5th February for next day delivery. When they were 2 days I checked the tracking provided and it showed an issue, I contacted adidas and they said they had to wait, which I did another week and nothing turned up. I contacted them again to which they told me I had to wait 14 days as I just wanted a refund. I contacted them at the end of February and they sent a message saying they will refund the order in 3-14 business days as the goods didn’t ever arrive to which I still haven’t had my money back. Crazy that such a highly known brand has such a poor customer experience. All I wanted was some new running joggers, Jesus. Should have just gone into JD.
