I have ordered from Aero Precision before and I have been very happy with their products. However, on 4 Jan I ordered a charging handle and I never received an order confirmation but my credit card was charged. I tried calling on 16 Jan and hung up after being on hold for 3 and 1/2 hours (had them on speaker while I worked). I tried the chat but I was #151 and the numbers were moving slowly. I submitted a return item request maybe that will get their attention.
