“I’m not sure where to start. I agree will all the post I have read, they have the poorest customer service I have ever encountered, I’m not sure they actually have a customer service division. I have called, chatted,etc over the past 3 months and still have not spoken to anyone nor have they reached out to me. At this point I truly believe I have lost my money. Any suggestions on what is the best way to contact the company?

“This company has to be the absolute worst company There is when it comes to customer service I ordered stock parts that was to shipped in 5 to 7 days. It’s been over two months.
I’m a disable veteran on a fixed income. They were more than happy to take my money and not send me my order. Zero customer service no way to get a hold of anybody there buyer beware do your business somewhere else.”
“Ordered and was immediately charged through my bank. 1 part was shipped 6 weeks later, the other part has not shipped in 2 months. Repeated calls, chat messages, and emails. NONE were answered. Hung up on repeatedly on calls and chats. Longest hold before being hung up on was 2 HOURS!!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM AERO PRECISION. ZERO customer service. No invoice or email contact.
Quality of parts doesn't matter if the company refuses to acknowledge customers!!!!”
“Aero has some of the worst processing times I have ever seen in a company, they give Optics Planet a run for their money. They also have a horrible problem of marking stuff as "in stock" when they are actually taking backorders. Just to show an example I attached my original order AS A DEALER, after inquiring why it was taking a bit long I was told it should ship in December, well here we are almost mid February and still waiting. Even asked to cancel the order and radio silence.”
“Placed an order on November 29, 2024. I’ve never received my order. Tried to contact Company over a dozen times. No response. Been on the phone for over three hours. No one picks up . Poor customer service a matter of fact, no customer service.”
“If i could give zero stars i would. I placed an order for 2 items on 1/6/2025. Called multiple times and emailed trying to figure out if i would ever recieve my order. 2 days ago i got a shipping confirmation and recieved a package from aero 2/4/2025. I recieved a completely incorrect order that i have zero need for. I called 7 times and waited on hold for an hour each time. No responses via email. This company is awful. They should be ashamed. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card with the bank.”
“No customer support. 3-5 business days shouldn't actually be code for "whenever". No updates, nothing. I canceled my order via my credit card company. Still no response from Aero Precision. Even asking something like, " what's up"? Still getting text on the for the latest BLEM Blowout sales. What a strange business model.”
“Done with this horrendous joke of a company, I build a lot and the only time I have problems is when I use aero precision. Bought a complete upper and the handgaurd was defective right from the box. They agreed to send a new handgaurd...been over a month and nothing. Not the 1st product I've had that was junk just the 1st I complained about. IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone on the phone. Reported them to the BBB. Never again will they get any of my money.”
“Was charged for hand guard, but never received an order confirmation and did not receive handguard. Multiple attempts to get help has failed. They are non responsive to help.”
“Do not buy from them I don’t think anyone works for aero. I ordered a part in December waiting patiently for it to come. Fast forward to January and it was radio silence. I tried calling there customer service number but it ether put me on hold for 2 hours then hung up. Then I tried the live chat and Sat in that for 3 hours. I kept getting pulled back in the queue I was the next person then it kicked me to the 20th person in line. Finally I got a hold of some one and told them to cancel my order because it’s been over a month and they still don’t know when it will be shipped. They told me I would get my no back in 2 to 5 business days. I talked to them on January 4 it is now February 3rd and still have not received my money back. I will never buy from this company again.”
“I made an order on 01/05/25. Still haven't received the item and I'm getting no response to my email requests. I'm about to dispute my credit card charge. I'll never order from them again.”
“I ordered a lower, upper and mlock handguard on Thanksgiving. Received the upper right away, but never got a receipt and after 8 emails and multiple phone calls that no one ever answered I disputed the charges with my CC. Because I never heard from them, I replaced the lower and the Mlock handguard through other sources. The day after I completed my gun build, I get an email (8 weeks after I ordered it) that the lower had shipped. Still NO handguard and now have a lower I don't need. Aero Precision is pathetic. If you order from them, pray you don't have any issues because you will not be able to resolve them.”
“I have had two orders in since the first week of December 2024. It's now the 30th of January and I am still waiting. I received their email explaining that they had been inundated with orders over Christmas far in excess of what they expected and they have added a second shift. I'm not in a huge hurry for the parts I have on order, but since they charged my credit card at the beginning of December, I would really like to get a status update other than "Processing". They items I am waiting for have been showing in-stock for weeks now, but no luck on my back-order. The most frustrating thing might be their customer service. A phone call to that department will get you a pretty curt voice memo telling you that nobody is there to take your call, and then the system hangs up on you. Not ideal, Aero. Please figure it out and reply to the messages that are generated using you "Submit a Request" form. The voicemail mentions live chat but I guess it was taken down to protect the unlucky souls that were trying to respond to so many unhappy customers. This is how a company with solid products alienates a market flooded with other quality guns/parts.”
“Finally got someone on the phone after 4hours literally on hold was about to hang up had my phone on the charger so it didnt die and got an update on my orders from the poor girl that has to deal with there lack of customer service she told me they were trying to get some more personal hired and had a bunch of other issues going on there I really didn’t expect to get anyone on the phone they told me in the next month for one order and a couple weeks for the other I really hope thats the case I always had high respect for aero but its a shame to see what has happened to this company so if you have 4 hours to wait on hold wich i didnt but wanted some kind of timeline hopefully you can get some kind of answer on your orders”
“I have been waiting for a FFL item to ship since December 19 and trying to get in contact with them is impossible. Chat will boot you off after waiting an hour just to go back in and you lose 50 spots. Calling is just as bad. Close to canceling my order”

“Zero support after you purchase, I have called 8 times today and it says nobody is here to take your call, call back later. I put in a request online to be contacted hours ago with no response and it tells you they have a live chat which they do not. Do yourself a favor and purchase From another company there are plenty to choose from. They charged my card immediately and still have not processed or shipped my order.”
