I wish I could say something different than the other hundred people on here but I can't. So disappointed in the service given by this company. I have been on hold for a combined 8.5 hours over 3 days, not to mention the 6 weeks of waiting on my in-stock order. There is no reponse. I am disputing this charge with my bank and let them handle it. I will never order from AeroPrecision again.
