I have placed an order for “In stock” items. One of my items in my order shipped over a month later. (5-8 business days my ass) I have been on their chat numerous times only to be disconnected when it was getting close to my turn. I just want what I paid for it’s that simple. Once they did get on their chat and was told it will ship by mid January. Well if you look at the calendar, it’s the end of January and can’t get a hold of anyone now. I am not sure how this company stays in business. The customer service is the wordy I have ever had to deal with in my life. I think they have 1 person working from home and that’s it. I will never buy again from this company. If I can’t get an answer I will dispute the charges and go elsewhere for my needs. Truly a 0 star experience!!!
