I’m not sure where to start. I agree will all the post I have read, they have the poorest customer service I have ever encountered, I’m not sure they actually have a customer service division. I have called, chatted,etc over the past 3 months and still have not spoken to anyone nor have they reached out to me. At this point I truly believe I have lost my money. Any suggestions on what is the best way to contact the company?
