They are NOT sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. They literally do not care. I used them for 6 months then stopped because of all the problems. Started using them again 18 months later because someone from Aeropost contacted me saying the company is better. They are not. Nobody ever knows where your package actually is. If you ask, they will read the same thing you can read on their webpage. If you ask why is the package stuck in Customs for three weeks, they write back saying they need more paperwork from you. But, you supplied all the paperwork they requested 3 weeks ago! You take screenshots proving you already sent everything they asked for. They say they will get back to you and never do. If you think the DMV in America was bad in the 90s, you have not witnessed the ridiculousness of Aeropost.
