I live in Chile and I purchased from AEROPOST a tonneau cover for my truck. First, AEROPOST declared to the Chilean Custom a lower value so my product was hold because additional documentation was needed. AEROPOST told me not to worry because they would handle all the necessary documentation to release the product from Customs. After 3 weeks without a solution I asked for my money back which they agreed. It has been 2 weeks since then and still nothing. When I review my AEROPOST account, my package is still being hold in Customs and the money has not been refunded. The total amount of my purchase what almost USD 2,900.00 and AEROPOST after more than a month has not been able to deliver the product nor make the reimbursement to my credit card. In my opinion AEROPOST is a fraud and people should be aware of the kind of company they are.
