I ordered during a really busy time (sales) and when my order turned up there was a slight issue with it. I contacted the team and received a really helpful response the same day. They sent out a replacement order straight away. When it turned up they’d sent a little pillow mist with it for free. Candle, reed diffuser, and pillow mist all smell amazing and really lovely customer service!
