Affordable mobiles were very proactive in making contact with me as my end of contract date approached. However after agreeing to a new phone and contract with them, I've had issues with my new phone and suspect that I've been sold a refurbished phone as new. I've now left several messages and email asking help to resolve this but now they don't seem so proactive with their communication. Maybe someone might respond to this?
